Daniel S. Doyle

Mr. Doyle was raised in California, and attended U.C.L.A. where he majored in English Literature. After traveling around Europe for several years, Mr. Doyle settled into Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he established himself as a top scholar, a Phi Delta Phi Honor Society Member, and a member of the Entertainment Law Journal. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Paul Boland (Los Angeles Superior Court). For his final year in law school, Mr. Doyle was presented with an opportunity to attend Villanova Law School outside of Philadelphia, where he eventually settled and established his law career. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Doyle is very involved with his local community, serving on the Rose Valley, PA Planning Commission, sitting on the Rose Valley Zoning Hearing Board, and serving as a Board member for the local Little League Baseball and Travel Soccer Programs.

Mr. Doyle began his career at Brooks, Bradley & Kenney in 1996. He immediately began to handle cases from inception through jury verdict, and has tried close to one hundred jury trials to date. In addition, Mr. Doyle has been a leading force in the area of UM and UIM claims, litigating on behalf of individuals and carriers, and often sits as a selected arbitrator. Mr. Doyle has established a diverse practice, and has litigated claims across a broad spectrum of legal areas, including: commercial litigation claims, shareholder oppression matters, bad faith matters, insurance coverage opinions and Declaratory Judgment Actions, accounting malpractice claims, legal malpractice claims, litigation regarding real estate transactions, DRAM Shop claims, construction litigation claims, Wills and Estates challenges, UM/UIM arbitrations and litigation, and all types of personal injury matters, including numerous death and catastrophic injury cases. Mr. Doyle has litigated cases in all four surrounding counties of Philadelphia and Philadelphia itself, and in several outlying counties as well. In addition, Mr. Doyle has handled numerous complex matters in the Federal Court system, and has extensive experience in that forum.
